Fashion Today: See Meghan Markle and Prince Harry worn on their wedding day
As was expected, both the bride and the groom changed for the party as Prince Harry changed into a tuxedo, and Meghan chose a second
bridal gown, one designed by Stella McCartney.
"The Bride's evening dress is designed by Stella McCartney and is a bespoke lily white high neck gown made of silk crepe," reads a statement from Kensington Palace. "The Bride is wearing shoes from Aquazurra made in silky satin, with nude mesh, with soles painted in baby blue.”

Her hair, an up-do, was styled by George Northwood.
The
choice of Stella McCartney is significant, of course, because not only
is she a British designer, but her mother, the late Linda McCartney was
also American.
Markle's dress was also reminiscent of a gown Princess Diana wore.
That may not have been intentional—but another nod to Diana certainly was. Meghan was wearing the Princess of Wales's aquamarine ring, thought to be a gift from Prince Harry.
While
all 600 guests who attended this morning's wedding ceremony were
invited to the afternoon reception, which was hosted by the Queen at
Windsor Castle, a more select group of Prince Harry and Meghan's 200
closest friends will attend the evening reception.
