Cyprus Weather: It will be a rainy weekend

The rainy weather is expected to continue into Saturday mid night following which there will be a brief break, report the North Cyprus Met Office.

According to the report by the Meteorological Agency on Friday which covers the period of January 6 - January 12, the TRNC will generally be affected by the low pressure system, cool and moist air mass.

The report adds that it will be rainy on Saturday until midnight and will be cloudy after lunch. On Sunday and Monday it is expected to be slightly cloudy during the day.

  
It will be cloudy on Tuesday, partly cloudy on Wednesday, and on Thursday, it will be partly cloudy and foggy while on Friday, it will be slightly cloudy too.

The highest air temperature during this period will be around 17 to 20 degrees Celsius and may get as low as 3 degrees.
