Recently, there have been a massive outcry and campaign against the alleged slave trade in Libya with various African leaders and campaigners calling for an end to the inhumane act.
Following the outcry, series of protest has been held in several African countries including Cameroon.
One person who is not so lucky is the Libyan Ambassador to Cameroon who was beaten to a pulp by aggrieved Cameroonian youths protesting slavery in Libya.
