You can't auction the letter Tupac wrote me, 'worn panties,' - as Madonna files emergency court order
Madonna isn't gonna sit back and watch her jailhouse letter from Tupac
Shakur get sold in an auction as she attempt to stop an
upcoming sale of the prison break-up letter from the late rapper,
and a note in which she called singer Whitney Houston and actress Sharon
Stone "horribly mediocre," because she says it was jacked from her home.
The "Rebel Heart" singer filed an emergency court order on Tuesday in New York to block the website gottahaverockandroll.com from selling the letter and a ton of other personal memorabilia - including personally worn panties, due to start on Wednesday.

Madonna said in court documents that was blindsided by the auction and was not aware until reading press reports that many of the items listed for auction, including the letter from her former boyfriend Shakur, were no longer in her possession.
According to her, she believes a former friend and art consultant, Darlene Lutz, betrayed her trust by taking the loot in an outrageous effort to obtain my possessions without my knowledge or consent".
Meanwhile a representative for the auction house and Lutz said Madonna's effort to stop the sale was "a completely baseless and meritless action", and would challenge her claims in court.
We believe that her intent is nothing more than to besmirch the good reputations of the auction house and Ms Lutz, the statement said.
Tupac wrote an extremely revealing letter a letter dated January 1995 from prison explaining why he had to end his relationship with Madonna - because she was white and continuing the relationship would hurt his image and jeopardise his career.
I felt due to my 'image' I would be letting down half of the people who made me what I thought I was. I never meant to hurt you, he said.
Shakur was killed at age 25 in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in September 1996.
Also among the 20 items Madonna is seeking to remove from sale are a pair of her panties, an old chequebook, a hairbrush and personal photos.
