Of course, we all wear these in private (with a pint of mint chip and The Bachelor), but sweatshirts are now making a statement in public as an outfit anchor.
Wear one (preferably without chocolate stains) atop a pleated midi skirt or tucked into a pair of high-rise pants for the ultimate cool-girl ensemble.
