Woman charged with incest for allegedly having s*x with 25 year old son

US: A 44-year-old mother Melissa Kitchens also known as Missy from Weaverville in North Carolina has been arrested and charged with incest by the Buncombe County Sheriff on a warrant that alleged that she had sex with her 25-year-old married son Shaun Pfeiffer in August.

“Can’t get over how handsome you are and I’m about to cry,”

“Things are very stressful and I love you and I respect any decision — as long as your happy and safe ... I miss you and wish I had more time with you,” Melissa commented in a Facebook photo of her son.

Her son Pfeiffer, of Asheville, Buncombe County, was also charged with one count of incest, according to arrest warrants.

According to warrants at the Buncombe County courthouse, Pfeiffer also faces charges of indecent liberties with a child from an incident that happened on August 13, communicating threats, and being intoxicated and disruptive.

Pfeiffer, who is due to appear in court on September 30 married Shannon Roman on September 8, 2013 and they have a young son.

Pfeiffer is being held on $70,500 bail.

Incest in North Carolina carries a prison sentence of between 10 to 41 months.
