Diego Simeone favours Italy after Atletico stint
Diego Simeone, according to the Daily Mail, is said to favour a
move to Italy once his time at Atletico Madrid is up. The Argentine boss
reduced his contract from 2020 to 2018 during the week, indicating that
move could take place at the end of next La Liga season. The report
says Simeone favours a move to Italy, as he played for both Inter Milan
and Lazio during his career.

Sun. Eddie Howe will give the midfielder his first start for the club,
after he was forced to undergo a precautionary ankle scan earlier in the
week. Wilshere is set for a big test first up, coming up against the
undefeated Manchester City.

Hull City's caretaker Mike Phelan has been offered the permanent
managerial job, according to The Sun. Phelan has been the club's
caretaker manager since July, after Steve Bruce
was sacked after coming to blows with the club's hierarchy. Phelan won
the league manager of the month award in August, after managing two wins
and a strong result against United with an injury depleted squad.
