Johnny Depp and Amber Heard settle divorce case off court
US: Amber Heard has settled her divorce case with ex-husband Johnny Depp after withdrawing
allegations that he physically abused her.
According to a source following the case but not authorized to speak publicly, Amber Heard's lawyers are filing a dismissal of her temporary restraining order against Depp on Tuesday.
Amber Heard had in May filed for divorce from the Oscar-nominate actor and few days later obtained a temporary restraining order accusing Depp of assaulting her during a fight in their Los Angeles home in May.
Though Depp denied the allegations and police said they could not find any evidence that Depp had abused Heard.
A hearing on the case had been scheduled to begin Wednesday this week.
