Horrifying moment man lifts boy into a rhino enclosure for a photo shot at Dublin Zoo

Ireland: A teenage boy has been pictured standing inside a rhino enclosure at a Dublin zoo just few metres from the animal on Saturday.

According to a terrified onlooker, a male relative lifted the boy into the rhino's pen and made him move closer to the rhino and was standing in the enclosure for at least 20 minutes.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror, a witness said;
“It was such a stupid thing to do. He was only metres away from the rhinos. People were totally horrified,”

“The child was with a male relative who was getting him to pose for photos and trying to make the child go further in.”
Another witness said;
 “I didn’t know the people. I only saw the man putting the child in the fence. The child didn’t look scared and nobody really passed any heed on what he was doing.”
Photos of the bizarre incident show the boy standing on large boulders which act as an additional barricade few metres above the ground.

Architect Ciaran Ferrie posted two photos on Twitter with one of them showing an adult taking photos of the young boy inside the pen
“Just a child inside the rhino enclosure at @dublinzoo,” Mr Ferrie wrote.
Spokeswoman for the zoo said the incident was being investigated internally.
