Fashion: Russian model Elena Perminova displays a all creamy Dior outfit during the Paris Fashion Week ''Haute Couture Fashion Week'' in France. Perminova wore a cream skirt, a lace camisole, a creamy coat and a golden patterned bag. She wore a creamy stilettos high heeled shoes with the compliment of a Linda Farrow spring summer collection sunglasses.
