Two killed, 80 wounded in Madagascar terror attack
The blast struck the stadium at around 4pm, just when a free concert was taking place to mark the celebration.

Prime Minister Mahafaly Olivier who visited the victims of the attack in hospital labelled the attack a "terrorist act."
Olivier strongly condemned the attack, describing it as a "barbaric act".
President Hery Rajaonarimampianina who also visited the victims at the hospital blamed the attack on tensions with political opponents in the country. "There may be differences of opinion between us, but these acts of destabilization are unacceptable," He added that "we will not respond to the violence with violence"
