Trump come under fire for "Oh, look at my African American" comment

US: US Republican party presumptive Presidential nominee, Donald Trump, has come under fire for comments made about a black supporter on Friday night.
Trump praise a black supporter as “my African American".

“Oh, look at my African American over here. Look at him,” Trump said during a rally in California. “Are you the greatest?”

Though there were no reaction from the crowd, Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks said Trump was:

 “just referring to a supporter in the crowd. There’s no ill will intended, obviously.” Trump was “grateful for this person’s support,”

Trump has faced regular criticism for racism and xenophobia over race-sharp utterances and provocative pomposity in the past.

Since the said statement on Friday night, “African American” has been trending on Twitter.

 “‘He’s a Mexican’ yesterday, ‘look at my African-American’ today. If you think Trumps not racist you live in an alternate reality void of logic,” user @el_turko13 said.
