Kim Kardashian caught wearing a butt pad

Celebrities: Kim Kardashian has been accused of wearing a butt pad after she was pictured leaving her sister Khloe's 32nd birthday party in Los Angeles on Monday.

From the photo, as Kim walks away, there looks to be an outline of some kind of cushioning underneath her tight skirt.
The photo which has gone viral has drawn series of accusation towards Kim. 

But this seems like an optical illusion anyway. Butt pad or not.... No need to worry about the accusations Kim.
