Cyprus update: Cyprus and Turkish Cypriot leaders to address bicommunal event on Monday

 

Cyprus: Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci will on Monday attend an event organized by the Cyprus Academic Dialogue (CAD), tagged: Life in a Federal Cyprus.

In an announcement released by CAD, the event which will take place in a restaurant at the Nicosia Buffer Zone will begin at 18:30 with both leaders expected to address it.
This will mark the second event both leaders have attended in June. The first been an event organized by the bicommunal Technical Committee on Education on June 2 the participation of school children from both divide of the island with the meeting taking place on June 8.
