US President Barack Obama and wife Michelle Obama are already planning for life after White House. The couple have rented a beautiful and eye catching 8,2000 square foot home in one of DC's stylish neighborhoods. See more photos after the cut.......The  home worth $4.3 million was built in 1928 featuring nine bedrooms, eight half baths, separate dressing rooms, entertaining space, and a tranquil garden.

The Obamas have made the uncommon decision to remain in DC because they do not want to interrupt their daughter Sasha’s academic.

By the time the Obama's leave White House, their eldest daughter will be in the middle of a year off with plans of going to study at Harvard.
