Jay Z was spotted relaxing with a cigar at a Miami hotel on Tuesday night, just days after Beyonce shocked the music world with a surprise visual album packed with unspecified cheating allegations that brought up rumors that her 8 years marriage with Jay Z's was near a breaking point.
