Several roads to be closed in Lefkoşa on Sunday

Several roads in Lefkoşa will be closed to traffic on Sunday due to ongoing road maintenance work.

A section of the recently revamped Ecvet Yusuf Avenue and the roundabout near the Lefkoşa State Hospital will be closed for road works on the 15^th and 16^th of September, the Lefkoşa Turkish Municipality has announced.

A section of Ecvet Yusuf will be closed due to work to complete the bridge between Devpa Supermarket and the municipality’s nursery garden while work on rain water drainage pipes will take place at the hospital roundabout.

All drivers are warned to exercise caution when driving through these areas and to follow the road signs.
