Two men arrested in Girne for stealing food stuff from their work place
Suspect, Cumali Olcay who was working with his friend Mehmet Şimşek in a café, were accused of stealing food from the kitchen in their work place in Girne. The theft reportedly happened in July.
According to police report, one of the suspect, Cumali Olcay, who was working as a cook at the 'Harbor Cafe' in Girne, stole the food stuff worth 700TL with the help of his friend, Mehmet Simsek.
He reportedly stole about, three 1 liter cake cream, kept in the kitchen, 5-10 kilogram jumbo shrimps and 4-20 kilograms calves.
They were taken to a Girne court and ordered to remain in detention for three days,
